2. Right of Withdrawal (Legal Consumer Protection)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date the goods are received.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email before the expiration of the 14-day period.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after approval.
- If delivery is refused without legal grounds, shipping costs may not be refundable.
- Repeated unjustified refusals may result in account restriction.
6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- You will receive confirmation by email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method (card payments)
OR - Via bank transfer (for COD orders)
Original shipping fees may be deducted unless legally required otherwise.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange replacement or refund.
8. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
