When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Delivery times within Serbia:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (Plaćanje pouzećem) within Serbia.
Payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Repeated refusal of deliveries without valid reason may result in order restrictions.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the Republic of Serbia unless otherwise stated.

If there is a problem with your order (defective, damaged, incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos for review.
If approved:
- A replacement will be sent
